ALSAGER ROTARY CLUB - NEW MEMBERS EVENING.
On Monday 7th November Alsager Rotary is inviting anyone, male and female, who wishes to explore membership to join them at Alsager Golf Club at 7.00p.m. This will give you an opportunity to meet existing members and to learn what we do in Alsager Rotary. A buffet will be provided. If you wish to become involved in local community life and activities, make new friends and do good for others, than you have all the skills needed to become a member. Rotary is a perfect way to have fun and to give something back. Our aim is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of helping and serving others. We are a local, national and International organisation. Rotary contributes to many local Alsager events throughout the year collecting and raising money. It also is very big on the International stage, helping with relief efforts throughout the world during times of disaster such as floods, Tsunami and earthquake. It has almost eradicated Polio throughout the world, leading a immunisation programme for young children in countries where Polio used to or still exists. As the world's leading service organisation you also gain access and a welcome from other clubs throughout the world via membership. Some of our members have had some fantastic evenings and hospitality received from other Rotary clubs throughout the world.
